Our bar is getting a full glow-up — and we need a bartender with the charm, hustle, and skill to be the face of it. Grand Baymen is a Best Western-affiliated condo-hotel on Ambergris Caye, under new leadership and on the rise. Get in on the ground floor, with real room to put your stamp on it.
THE GIG
Craft and serve drinks (classics and your own creations) with speed, consistency, and flair.
Own the guest experience at the bar: friendly, quick, genuinely engaging.
Upsell like it's second nature: tours, excursions, the fitness club, dinner reservations.
Keep the bar stocked, clean, and running like a well-oiled machine.
Know the drink menu cold and know the destination even better.
Follow cash-handling, POS, and responsible service procedures.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bartending experience at a hotel, resort, or high-volume bar background is a strong plus.
A natural talent for conversation and reading what a guest wants.
Reliability and accountability: we're building something here.
A genuine sales instinct for pointing people toward a great tour or a better night.
English required; Spanish or Kriol a plus.
